Yes. Every set is made from 100 percent Remy human hair, which means the cuticle stays intact and all strands face the same direction. This is what keeps the hair soft, shiny and tangle free over time. We never use synthetic blends or animal hair.

With proper care, clip ins last nine to twelve months of regular wear. Tape ins last six to eight weeks per application and can be reinstalled two to three times. Wigs can last over a year with the right routine. We include a care card with every order.

You can curl, straighten and blow dry our extensions up to 400 degrees. We recommend using a heat protectant first. Coloring is possible but we suggest going darker rather than lighter, and always doing a strand test on a small section first.

Use our shade match guide on every product page, or book a free virtual consult with one of our stylists. We will look at your hair in natural light and recommend the closest match. If you are between two shades, we usually suggest going one shade lighter.

Unopened items can be returned within 30 days for a full refund. Because hair is a hygiene product, we cannot accept returns on opened sets. If your order arrives damaged or the wrong shade, email us within seven days and we will make it right.

We ship to over forty countries with tracked delivery. Free shipping applies to US orders over $150 and international orders over $250. Most orders arrive within three to seven business days in the US and seven to fourteen internationally.
